You must return any items for refund or exchange within 14 days of original order. To request a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org and state your reason for return plus required action (refund/exchange). If exchanging, please stipulate which item and size you wish to exchange your purchase for. Please ensure you provide your order and invoice number details.
Once we have received your email, we will provide you with return postage details. Return postage is paid for by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items can only be exchanged or a gift card issued to the value of the returned item, excluding any postage.
Refunds requested outside of 14 day period.
We do not issue refunds outside of our thirty day period. However, if an item is damaged or defective we may consider an exchange or issue you with a gift card for store credit. Should you wish to request an exchange or credit in such circumstances, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include, where possible, pictures of damage or defect.
Once we have received your request we will send confirmation of our approval or rejection and where appropriate, provide details for return of the item/s.
Gifts (where return has been approved).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card credit will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and these are non refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Generally speaking, exchanges are processed the same day the items is inspected and approved for exchange.
If you are shipping an item worth over £50 GBP in value we strongly suggest you use a tracked/signed for service. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit that are sent without a tracing service.
